If you were wondering what happened to the original release dates for Florida FX's, "Digital & Visual Special Effects" Volume i & II, video tutorial series or were worried that they might have been cancelled... fear not... Quite the opposite is actually the case! the series has gained so much interest and attention that the producers have decided to expand the series into the huge multi-volume collection that it was planned to become in 3 years, right now!.

"Just as we were wrapping up production of the first two volumes...", says Jon Gress the series creator and Host, "...we were approached by two institutions who agreed to purchase enough volumes for their college curriculum materials to allow us to expand the series into what we had originally hoped it would eventually grow into one day". Those who have attended Florida FX's Live seminars/workshops will be particularly excited about the expansion as many of the hands-on & step-by-step production examples covered in the live events will now be included in the series.
